While Jay could talk about the awards he's won while serving clients as a Realtor, he'd prefer to talk about an incredible time out boating with his clients and show you photos of the 5-year daughter of the client driving the boat. We think this sums Jay up pretty well. To meet Jay is to make a new friend. This would also help explain why nearly 100% of Jay's business comes from referrals and past clients.
Growing up, Jay called many places homes (NY, PA, FL) eventually landing in Bethesda, MD which he considers his hometown. A graduate of Walt Whitman High School, Jay went on to study at the University of Delaware where we graduated with a degree in Communications.
If you ask those that know him, you'll hear lots of nice adjectives to describe him but a few that seem to resonate with everyone are passionate, genuine, and authentic. Those characteristics along with a strong work ethic have made selling real estate the perfect fit for Jay to pour his passion into. While in hindsight it may have seemed a natural fit, it took Jay awhile to find his way to real estate. If you ask him, he'll tell you that it was a nudge from his mom that lit the spark which grew into a wildfire.
If you are looking for a true advocate who won't rest and will leverage his knowledge, insight, and relationships for results that speak for themselves, Jay is your guy. If you ask Jay though, he'll say that he's just doing his job. We wish everyone "just did their job" the way Jay does! If you'd like to get to know Jay better, he's always up for a cup of coffee or a beer – preferably on a boat!
